Verse 130bhayā sarvaṃ ravayati sarvado vyāpako ’khile  iti bhairava-śabdasya saṃtatoccāraṇāc chivaḥ One who constantly utters the word ‘Bhairava’, understanding that it means “With His radiant Light, He makes the whole universe resound [with awareness], and He pervades the whole completely”, becomes Śiva.
Simplified Steps
Meditate for some time on the word ‘Bhairava,’ which means ‘the awe-inspiring power of consciousness’ or ‘the awesome/terrifying aspect of God’
Then contemplate the three syllables as follows: bhai is radiance (in the heart); ra is resonance (in the throat); and va is pervasion (in the upper head)
Then contemplate the following statement: That which makes everything resonate with radiance pervades the whole completely—and that is called Bhairava
Then repeat the word ‘Bhairava’ as a mantra for a few minutes, whispering it under your breath, without any sense of its meaning.
