Verse 112ādhāreṣv athavāśaktyājñānāc citta-layena vā ।
jāta-śakti-samāveśa-kṣobhānte bhairavaṃ vapuḥ ॥Through incapacity regarding the focal points, or through the dissolution of the mind due to not knowing or inability to cognize, [then,] at the end of the excitation occasioned by absorption in the energy produced [by trying to figure it out], beautiful Bhairava-nature [is revealed].

Select a meditation that is difficult for you, or try to solve a problem that is just beyond your capacity
•
Exert effort in that meditation, or try to solve that problem for some time
•
At a certain point (spontaneously), release all efforting all at once and relax into the natural flow of energy produced by the effort; you may experience it as curiosity, longing, fascination, or wonder(ing)
•
As that energy subsides, abide in pure being, the state of empty fullness
