Verse 32śikhi-pakṣaiś citra-rūpair maṇḍalaiḥ śūnya-pañcakam  dhyāyato ’nuttare śūnye praveśo hṛdaye bhavet Meditating on the Five Spaces as the colorful circles of the peacock’s feathers, one enters the Heart, the Supreme Space.
Planning note: Before beginning, gather a stick of incense or scented candle to light, and something yummy to take a bite of.
Simplified Steps
Have a bite of something yummy, then light incense or a scented candle, and sit down to meditate
Focus intensively on the sense of smell—everything you can smell
After a few minutes, shift to the sense of taste; offer the sense of smell to taste, as it were, letting it dissolve into taste, then focus intensively on taste
After a few minutes, let taste dissolve into the visual field; focus on the entire visual field
After a few minutes, close your eyes and let sight dissolve into touch; later, let touch dissolve into sound; then, after focusing on the sound-field, focus on the Supreme Silence that envelops and pervades all sound
Rest in awareness
