Verse 122The Emptiness of All Things
Verse 122vastv-antare vedyamāne śanair vastuṣu śūnyatā  tām eva manasā dhyātvā vidito ’pi praśāmyati When another object is being perceived, the emptiness in all things [may be perceived]. Meditating on that emptiness alone with one’s [full] attention, though [the object] is still perceived, one settles down & becomes peaceful.
Simplified Steps
Focus on one object exclusively; let go of everything else
When the mind has settled, stay focused on the object and notice that everything but the object of focus appears unreal and empty of specificity
Contemplate that emptiness until the object too appears empty of any specific, independent nature
Relax into the quiet spaciousness of pure being.
