Verse 77karaṅkiṇyā krodhanayā bhairavyā lelihānayā ।
khecaryā dṛṣṭi-kāle ca parā-vāptiḥ prakāśate ॥At the time of perception, the supreme attainment manifests through karaṅkiṇī, krodhanā, bhairavī, lelihānā and/or khecarī mudrās.
Simplified Steps

Access your anger or rage, without going into any story about it
•
Let it energize your body
•
Transmute that energy through installing the 24 bīja-mantras (kaṃ → bhaṃ) of the 24 tattvas (Earth → Prakṛti) in all the parts of your body
•
Feel your body vibrating with pure energy for a while
•
Shake it out, or channel that energy into your next activity
