Yukti #60Verse 84
Divine I
Verse 84ākāśaṃ vimalaṃ paśyan kṛtvā dṛṣṭiṃ nirantarām  stabdhātmā tatkṣaṇād devi bhairavaṃ vapur āpnuyāt Looking at the clear blue sky, with uninterrupted gaze, remaining completely still: all at once, O Goddess, one attains the ‘form’ of Bhairava.
Planning note: This practice is done outdoors. It should only be done when the weather allows you to gaze upon a clear sky, and the sun isn’t in direct view, preventing you from opening your eyes fully and comfortably. It is preferably done from a place where you can lay down and see nothing but sky.
Simplified Steps
When the sky is clear, lie down and gaze at it steadily
Relax and continuing gazing, without moving the eyes around
Remain completely still and simply be.
