Yukti #60Verse 84
Divine I
Verse 84ākāśaṃ vimalaṃ paśyan kṛtvā dṛṣṭiṃ nirantarām ।
stabdhātmā tatkṣaṇād devi bhairavaṃ vapur āpnuyāt ॥Looking at the clear blue sky, with uninterrupted gaze, remaining completely still: all at once, O Goddess, one attains the ‘form’ of Bhairava.
Planning note: This practice is done outdoors. It should only be done when the weather allows you to gaze upon a clear sky, and the sun isn’t in direct view, preventing you from opening your eyes fully and comfortably. It is preferably done from a place where you can lay down and see nothing but sky.
Simplified Steps
•
When the sky is clear, lie down and gaze at it steadily
•
Relax and continuing gazing, without moving the eyes around
•
Remain completely still and simply be.
