Verse 77karaṅkiṇyā krodhanayā bhairavyā lelihānayā ।
khecaryā dṛṣṭi-kāle ca parā-vāptiḥ prakāśate ॥At the time of perception, the supreme attainment manifests through karaṅkiṇī, krodhanā, bhairavī, lelihānā and/or khecarī mudrās.
Simplified Steps
•
Select a simple experience, such as a taste, image, smell, or a simple emotion, and give it your full attention
•
Savor it to the fullest extent possible (regardless of whether you like it)
•
Digest the experience entirely
•
Experience your innate fullness
•
Repeat several times, if time permits
•
Repose in perfect fullness.
