Verse 77karaṅkiṇyā krodhanayā bhairavyā lelihānayā ।
khecaryā dṛṣṭi-kāle ca parā-vāptiḥ prakāśate ॥At the time of perception, the supreme attainment manifests through karaṅkiṇī, krodhanā, bhairavī, lelihānā and/or khecarī mudrās.
Simplified Steps
•
Sit in lotus posture (padmāsana) and focus awareness on the kanda(3 in. below the navel)
•
After a while, raise the focal point to the navel, and circulate the central energy through the navel again and again until awareness is absorbed into that energy
•
Raise the energy in a continuous upward surge until it passes through the three voids of the head: bindu, nāda, and the fontanelle
•
Concentrate the energy there (right at the crown of the head) with a breath-retention (kumbhaka)
•
Then drive it up with a sudden thrust through the second triad of voids above the head: śakti, vyāpinī, and samanā
•
Roam freely in the sky of consciousness
