Yukti #76Verse 101
Divine II
Verse 101kāma-krodha-lobha-moha-mada-mātsarya-gocare  buddhiṃ nistimitāṃ kṛtvā tat tattvam avaśiṣyate When [one finds oneself] in the field of craving, lust, anger, greed, confusion, intoxicated excitement, or jealousy, make the mind still & soft [right in the middle of the emotion]: reality is that which remains [when the feeling has passed through].
Planning note: Practice this Yukti when feeling an intense emotion, such as craving, anger, excitement, jealousy, and so on.
Simplified Steps
Feel whatever you feel fully, without resistance, and without giving attention to any associated story
Enter into the very center of the emotional energy
Let the mind become still and soft in relation to that energy
It’s okay for any sense of separation to dissolve (the mind merges into the emotion or energy)
When the energy has subsided, be in the space of pure being that remains.
