Contemplative
Yukti #101Verse 126
Empowered III
Verse 126na dveṣaṃ bhāvayet kvāpi na rāgaṃ bhāvayet kvacit  rāga-dveṣa-vinirmuktau madhye brahma prasarpati One should contemplate neither hatred nor craving in any circumstance whatsoever. In the Center, radically free from attachment and aversion, the Absolute unfolds.
Simplified Steps
Throughout the day, notice both your attachment/craving and your aversion/hatred, but give neither any scope; that is, do not act on either and do not believe thoughts that arise on the basis of either
Instead, contemplate the Center, that is, awareness itself and/or the central channel
Allow it to blossom and come to the foreground of experience, little by little.
