Verse 37dhāmāntaḥ-kṣobha-sambhūta-sūkṣmāgni-tilakākṛtim ।
binduṃ śikhānte hṛdaye layānte dhyāyato layaḥ ॥Meditate on the Bindu as a tilak of subtle fire produced by the inner stimulation of the Radiant Abode, visualizing it in the heart or above the head; when it dissolves, there is dissolution [into pure Presence].
Simplified Steps

Stimulate the central channel through performing Yukti #10 or any other central channel stimulating technique
•
When the Bindu appears at the Third Eye point, form it into a tilaka of subtle fire
•
Invite it down into the heart or up above the head
•
Let it dissolve, and with it, let everything dissolve
