Inhale to the pelvic floor and apply mūla-bandha

Begin intoning OṂ (or other bīja) and allow the vibration to rise up the central channel to the nasal cavity
•
Vibrate the mantra intensely in the nasal cavity until you’re running out of breath, then allow it to release upward into silence
•
Abide in still silent presence for a moment, with the focal point above the head, then inhale and begin again
•
Keep the practice going continuously for about nine minutes
