Lord Of All
Lord Of Allakhilādhipa
Contemplative
Yukti #107Verse 132
Empowered III
Verse 132nityo vibhur nirādhāro vyāpakaś cākhilādhipaḥ  śabdān pratikṣaṇaṃ dhyāyan kṛtārtho ’rthānurūpataḥ “Eternal, majestic, requiring no external support, all-pervasive, lord over all”—meditating on these words [as applying equally to God and to oneself] in every possible moment, one attains the goal in accordance with their meaning.
Simplified Steps
Contemplate that what you fundamentally are is unborn and undying (nitya); that your true nature is majestic (vibhu); that your true nature exists of its own accord, without reliance on anything else (nirādhāra); and that your essence-nature, uncontracted awareness, is all-pervasive or nonlocalizable (vyāpaka)
Then contemplate that all these terms attributed to God equally apply to what you are
Return to this contemplation as often as possible throughout the day.
