Verse 109sarvajñaḥ sarvakartā ca vyāpakaḥ parameśvaraḥ ।
sa evāhaṃ śaiva-dharmā iti dārḍhyād bhavec chivaḥ ॥“The Highest Divinity is omniscient, omnipotent, and all-pervading; and I am he who possesses Śiva’s qualities.” Stabilizing this conviction, one becomes Śiva.
