Divine I
Verse 38anāhate pātra-karṇe ’bhagna-śabde sarid-drute ।
śabda-brahmaṇi niṣṇātaḥ paraṃ brahmādhigacchati ॥One who is steeped in the Brahman-that-is-sound, in the uninterrupted Unstruck [Sound], [like] a rushing river in the vessel of the ear, attains supreme Brahman.

Contemplate the ever-present vibration as a subtle hum, or ringing in the ears, or a rushing river, or the sound in a seashell
•
Become utterly absorbed in that subtle sound

Rest in awareness
