Verse 72jagdhi-pāna-kṛtollāsa-rasānanda-vijṛmbhaṇāt ।
bhāvayed bharitāvasthāṃ mahānandas tato bhavet ॥One should meditate on the state of [innate] fullness that expands due to the delight of savoring the warm glow of good food and drink; and that joy will become sublime.
