Yukti #83Verse 108
Divine III
Verse 108nirādhāraṃ manaḥ kṛtvā vikalpān na vikalpayet  tadātma-paramātmatve bhairavo mṛga-locane Making the mind supportless, one should not assemble mental constructs. O doe-eyed goddess, [the state called] Bhairava is that of [experiencing] the supreme Self in oneself.
Simplified Steps
Observe the mind’s tendency to assign labels, spin stories, and fabricate meaning
Practice turning off this compulsion toward meaning-making; abide in “don’t know mind”
When the mind tries to make a story, relax, be free of the need to understand (or the need to imagine that you do) and melt into the total context for experience, which the mind cannot encompass
