Verse 62bhāve tyakte niruddhā cin naiva bhāvāntaraṃ vrajet ।
tadā tan-madhya-bhāvena vikasaty ati-bhāvanā ॥When any mental-emotional state or mood has dissolved, let awareness be checked: do not move on to another bhāva [right away]. Then, through the felt-sense of one’s Center, a deeper contemplation [of one’s essence-nature] expands & blossoms.

In everyday life, whenever a thought or emotion or mood dissolves, seize the opportunity to feel into the “space between” it and the next one

Become fascinated by, and enamored of, that space

Feel its oneness with your essence-nature as Awareness-Presence
