Verse 68vahner viṣasya madhye tu cittaṃ sukha-mayaṃ kṣipet ।
kevalaṃ vāyu-pūrṇaṃ vā smarānandena yujyate ॥One may cast one’s heart-mind, full of pleasure, into the center [point] between the ‘fire’ [at the root] and the ‘poison’ [at the tip] with either kevala-kumbhaka or pūraka-kumbhaka; thus one is connected to the bliss of passionate love.
Simplified Steps

When engaged in lovemaking or self-pleasuring, focus your attention intently on the pelvic floor (perineum)

When getting close to orgasm, hold your breath while maintaining focus on the pelvic floor, gathering your energy there
•
If the energy (prāṇa) enters the central channel, let it surge up to the heart
•
Repose in the bliss of love
