Yukti #110Verse 136
Divine III
Verse 136indriya-dvārakaṃ sarvaṃ sukha-duḥkhādi-saṃgamam ।
itīndriyāṇi saṃtyajya svasthaḥ svātmani vartate ॥Union with pleasure, pain, and so on always occurs through the doors of perception. With this in mind, let go [of attachment to] the senses and be at ease in the natural state, abiding in oneself.
Simplified Steps
•
Contemplate that attachment to sense-objects brings only an endless round of pleasure and pain that goes nowhere
•
When perceiving anything, do not exit through the doors of perception but rather remain within yourself, reposing in the center, at ease.
